Personal Background:

I was born in Ft. Campbell, KY on January 27, 1978, and moved to Rantoul, IL when I was 1 year old. I have one younger brother, named David who has his MBA from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and works as a financial auditor. My father is a dentist in Champaign, IL and my mom manages his office. I was married on May 15, 2000 to my wife Tabitha, and we lived in Macomb, IL for 6 years before moving to Grafton, WI in July 2006. We have three cats: Graycie, Sissy, and Houdini shown below. They are all female. The grey short haired cat is Graycie, the black short haired cat is Sissy, and the black long haired cat is Houdini. Graycie and Sissy are sisters from the same litter. We adopted them from an animal rescue shelter in Arkansas and they are 25% Lynx, which is a wild breed of larger predatory cat. A picture of a pure blooded lynx is at the bottom of this page, so you can look for the similarities. My wife originally didn't want the wild cats because she thought they would be dangerous. Don't they look vicious in the photo below? If you look closely enough you will see they are actually hugging each other. Graycie is the dominant cat in the house. She is significantly larger than the other two, and the vet has her on a diet because she is too fat. Sissy is extremely fast, and strong, but isn't the "sharpest tool in the shed" if you get my drift. Houdini is a "mut" and we adopted her from a shelter in Springfield, IL. She looks big because of all the hair, but she is actually very tiny. When you pick her up, she is like a rag doll because she doesn't use any of her muscles to help. She likes to lay around and cuddle with people, and pick fights with Sissy and Graycie.
